“MinutenMathe” (the “Service”) is a private software tool operated by the owner of the MinutenMathe educational channel (“we”, “us”). The Service automatically publishes our own short educational mathematics videos to our own social media accounts, including TikTok, using the official TikTok Content Posting API. By using or interacting with the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service exists solely to upload and publish content that we own and produce ourselves. It is an internal automation tool. It does not offer any product, account, or functionality to third parties, and it does not act on behalf of any other person or organisation.
All videos published through the Service are original educational content created by us. We are responsible for ensuring that this content complies with the applicable platform guidelines, including the TikTok Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
The Service uses the TikTok Content Posting API in accordance with TikTok’s Developer Terms and policies. Access is authorised by us for our own account only. We do not use the API to access, collect, or interact with the accounts or content of other users.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed or that the Service will be available without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with the revision date shown above.
